We chose the cruise based on the itinerary and our schedule, and spent three days in Budapest before it began. Our ONLY serious criticism is the utterly incompetent online customer service, which after three tries finally directed us to the wrong docking location. Accessing WiFi was also unecessarily difficult.
Disembarkation was very well organized, without the usual nonsense of wanting bags put out in the middle of the night.
Our first, and lasting, impression of the ship was that it was absolutely immaculate from stem to stern. We've cruised several times and never seen such sparkling cleanliness.
Surprisingly roomy and, as noted above, immaculately maintained.
