Traveling on a Viking Cruise was my grandmother's idea and thankfully she invited my mother, my aunt and I to travel with her. It was a wonderful experience to travel with 3 generations to the incredible ports we visited; however, it was the Viking crew that made our experience so memorable. My grandmother is 91 years old and there were some excursions that were more challenging than others, but our cruise director, Sam, always went above and beyond for us to keep her included in activities or to be frank and let us know that she should relax on the ship instead. The whole crew made all of us feel like royalty, they knew what we liked to eat and drink and just made us feel so special. The ship is just the right size so that you get to know many of the other passengers and by the time the cruise is over, it feels like many are family. The food was delicious at all of our meals and the bar staff were so accommodating and fun that they felt like good friends.

Our cabins were nice and always clean.

I can't wait to go back on another Viking Cruise and highly recommend it to others!
