The cabin was not ready when we boarded, even though we were told it was.  It still needed to be vacuumed.  The room was mostly too hot, sometimes at night it got cold. It was very noisy from the Lobby, even though it was on the 8th floor, especially at night.  Could hardly have a conversation in a normal tone.  It did quiet down after 11pm or so.  
There was a broken tile in shower floor.  No information book, room service menu, magazine, no note pad, and no laundry bags and forms. 
 The balcony was filthy; the chairs stained clothes.  
Our cabin steward team, I Nyoman and Jaya did a good job keeping the room clean.

This was the second time we're taken this excursion, and it was just as great as the first time! After a slow start and a 7-10 minute walk, we boarded the catamaran. First thing, we were handed a bottle of water and pictures were taken. After a sail of a bit over an hour, we were given instruction, divided into groups of beginners and experienced snorkelers. The water was crystal clear, comfortable, and there was an immense amount of corals, fish, turtles, and other sea-critters to observe. Beautiful area and a good amount of time to snorkel. The crew made sure everyone was safe, watched everyone from several kayaks, the cat, and the in-water tour guides. The tour guides also took cameras, dove deep, and got pictures upon request. After snorkeling was over, the rum bar opened, and we were treated to an excellent lunch with chicken, cole slaw, rice and beans, yellow rice with peas, potato salad, etc.
On the way back, we sailed part way, then were loaded into buses for about 30 minutes back to the ship. Found out afterwards that the seas were getting rougher and the crew didn't want anyone getting seasick. The buses were crammed and stuffy. This was the only negative of the whole excursion. (Thus the 4 for convenience.)
A couple of days later, we were emailed a whole bunch of pictures. Really loved getting these!
One final note, can't say enough for the whole crew, everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and super friendly! The family would definitely not hesitate to go on this tour a third time.

We wanted a beach day and the cab driver recommended this spot.  It was very nice, however, the week prior a hurricane came through which pushed a large amount of see grass up and made the water murky.  The entry fee was $17.00/per person and included beach access with loungers, tables, and umbrellas  which we were escorted to.  It also included large inflatable slides, trampolines, and monkey bars which all the kids seemed to love.  On the beach, the waiters would come around often asking if we would like anything to eat or drink.  Vendors also walked by showing their goods; they were friendly and not pushy in the least.  There was also several craft stores/areas, a pharmacy, bar and restaurant, and a roaming photographer.  The prices were all quite reasonable.  They have a very nice 3 level pool plus a cool hot tub.  They sell tequila bottles and are generous with the samples!  All in all, made for a great beach day.
