I took a 9-day cruise to Bermuda and The Bahamas. The ship, Grandeur of the Seas, was a great ship. Aparently it has been retrofitted with some of the things from the Oasis class ships after the fire, so even though it is the smallest ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet, it was still an excellent cruise. Everything felt new, clean, and fresh. The interior stateroom I had was small, but that was to be expected. Otherwise it was acceptable accomodations. We stayed out of the room whenever we could anyway so it didn't matter how small it was. The food was excellent, well above our expectations. I did not try any specialty dining, I stuck with The Great Gatsby and windjammer mostly. Our server, Kameika was exceptional in every possible way, if you see her, tell her Amy and David say hi!

The bands that played were really great. I enjoyed sitting in the centrum and listening to Nexus 4. What a talented woman!

Bermuda was really nice, we rented a moped and scooted around the island. We went to see the crystal caves and checked out a few beaches. Sea Glass beach was pretty but was also kinda trashy. Not sure if the locals haven't been out to clean it up or what, but we were also the only ones there. Horseshoe Bay was a great beach. We just bobbed in the waves for hours, enjoying the sun and the pink sand.
