Chose this cruise because of the good price (2 more days and cheaper than Carnival). But, that was a mistake. Food sucked in Windjammer. Prefer Guy Fieri burgers, Mexican buffet, 24 hour made to order pizza, fresh deli, fresh salad bar with lots of choices that Carnival has to offer. Definitely an older, non-fun crowd on Grandeur. Carnival is the FUNship! Septic smell on Grandeur was not very nice. Not enough evening entertainment choices - only one choice during each time slot. Wayfinder was very nice! Solarium was way too hot and was indoors. Love the Carnival Serenity deck. Shows on Grandeur were good. Nexus 4 band was good. Speciality restaurants too over space that could have been used for other entertainment venues. Cruise Director was good, but some of the other activities staff were annoying. Rooms much smaller on Grandeur compared to Carnival Pride. After 14 Carnival cruises, decided to try this RC cruise. Definitely going back to Carnival.
