Traveled with children

First cruise and was chosen due to me recently diagnosed with MS and hav mobility issues, drove to Southampton to join the cruise which was ideal and so straight forward with parking and access to ship. Had reservations about if our 2 children aged 12 and 7 would enjoy? No need to have worried, they both loved it and more than enough for them to do. Food in the main dining room was excellent with plenty of choice and accommodating to a fussy 7 yr old eating requests! Entertainment was spot on, more casual dining was also good which we used for breakfast and snacks. We were also pleased that on formal evenings, being smart was sufficient, men were not required to wear suits or even a jacket if they did not wish to, this suited us as we did not want to get too dressed up, we like to relax on holiday.
