We cruised on Silversea's Spirit from Barcelona to Rome, August 8, 2017 for 9 days.
We chose Silversea's because of their sterling reputation for service and they did not let us down, and I commend the Silverseas staff who are professional, warm and engaging. They get to know their guest's quickly -however there were other areas that disappointed us greatly.
The ship itself was in good to average shape but starting to show some wear and tear and in need of a re freshening.
Cabin Review
Veranda Suite
Cabin was a nice size but starting to show some wear and tear.
Our restroom had a horrendous odor that the staff was never able to correct.
They managed to get the stench to a survivable level but not one you would expect or should have to tolerate, especially on a luxury cruise line.
