We chose this ship for the kennel. The Kennel Masters were fantastic and provided amazing care for the dogs. They get 5 stars. The rest of the cruise, however, was not for us.

We had issues before even boarding. I booked in the U.S. and my daughter booked in the U.K. No matter which one of us called with a question or problem, we were always told that particular issue had to be handled by the office in the other country (which was invariably closed.) The customer service was terrible.

The staff on the ship was uniformly good and helpful, though.

Cabin Review

Standard Inside

Cabin IA

This is an accessible cabin so it's huge. However, it is right above the theatre. If you are sensitive to noise, it is very loud. The floor vibrates and the room shakes with the noise. I used headphones to drown it out.
