We chose this cruise because it visited the cities we wanted to see in the time we had available. The Getaway is a very large ship, but that didn't seem to be a problem. Our cabin was beautiful, plenty of room. The bathroom, and shower are bigger than I have found on any other cruise. There was also plenty of storage space. Balcony was small, but fine for 2 people.

I am not a fan of freestyle dining. I prefer a main dining room and the same waiter every night. THe food was good in all of the included dining areas. I found the staff in Savor to be less friendly than other places. For atmosphere, Tropicana is best. We tried 3 specialty restaurants. La Cucina and Le Bistro were delicous with very attentive waiters. Ocean Blue was by far the best place to eat, friendly with great food. We ate there on my husband's birthday and he got a wonderful cake. The waiter also brought us his favorite dishes to try in addition to what we ordered. Well worth the extra cost. Garden buffet was always overcrowded. Not worth fighting the crowds with so many other options.

The entertainment was outstanding! THe main shows-Burn the Floor and Million Dollar Quartet were fabulous! We also did the Escape room and saw Cirque dreams. Both were wonderful. Howling at the Moon and the comedian were also good.
