This was our first cruise and we were traveling with 3 kids and 3 adults. Embankment was fast and easy. We completed check in on line so all we had to bring was our print out and passports and we were all set. Our cabin was fine the 2 kids and 2 adults shared one room. The room had a full bed and then two bunk beds can be pulled out from the ceiling. The kids didn't mind the beds, they thought it was fun. The room is small but enough space considering most of the time we are not in the room.

Ports were nice we didn't book any of the excursions through the cruise. The ports had local companies that took us on 3 hour tours for $25!!! Some islands the kids were free or half price. We felt save because these were professional cab companies. In addition you didn't pay for the tour until the end. We returns from most of our tours by 3pm and had plenty of time to get back to the ship.

Food was your average buffet food. We ate in the formal dinning room most nights. We did go to the Chops specialty restaurant. Best meal of the entire trip and was worth the $42 fee. We didn't buy the drink specials. Our waiter in the dinning room Jude was the best! He made sure the kids and I were pleased with our meals and make sure our daughter had almond milk every morning for breakfast.

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

Room was small for 4 people but it had enough closet space and the bathroom was fine. Room was always clean.
