Overall experience was good. Cleanliness, food service, and availability of activities was poor. Bermuda is a beautiful island and the two days there were great. Dining service for my time with pre booked reservations was slow, there were long lines to be seated, and water glasses were frequently allowed to go empty. Overall the service was much poorer then the service I have experienced on past cruises. There were often discarded dishes and glasses in public areas and room service trays were left in the hallways. Royal IQ app did not work until after a visit to guest services (with a 30 minute wait) and many hours later. It was difficult to make reservations for north star, ifly, and puzzle room. Ifly was frequently out of service due to weather and maintenance. The ship holds more passengers and it seemed like staff, service, and public spaces were not increased to accommodate the higher number of passengers.
