This was our 5th cruise and the second one with NCL. We chose this cruise to Alaska to celebrate the 21st birthday of one of our granddaughters. We had three cabins, two adjoining with balconies and one inside just down the hall. The rooms were very clean and the cabin stewards were attentive and helpful.

There was a bit of a mix-up regarding the dinner reservations for the birthday celebration but the dining room staff went out of their way to make it up to us. We prefer Norwegian's freestyle cruising because it's more of a vacation if one does not have to worry about dressing up on formal nights. This is especially true if you're traveling with children.

All in all, this was our best cruise yet. The ship is very clean, the staff go out of their way to help and Captain Pelle Fredericksson was amazing! We are definitely Norwegian fans!!
