We chose this cruise for a variety of reasons:1. Dreamed of going on a cruise but was fearful of getting sea sick(have been ill on small boats) We heard from 2 friends that the Alaskan Cruise was inland and smoother.2.We wanted to go in August. 3. We heard and read good things about Princess Cruise Line. 4, Wanted a mini-suite, Midship. 5. Lived in Arizona and wanted to go via Seattle.

I read much on Cruise Critic so we were very prepared i,e,dressing in layers, 2 dressy outfits, 3. We told Princess we were celebrating our 21st Wedding Anniversary.

4. Reserved excursions early,

Cabin MD

Suite just the right size for two of us and we had plenty of storage. The bed and pillows were heavenly. I loved having a tub.
