Left from NYC for Cape Canaveral & Bahamas on 8/5.

1. WIFI - since this is where my biggest complaint was figured I would put it at the top... the WIFI package is a complete ripoff. I know I should put my phone down for a vacation but for unlimited WIFI it cost $209 for the week however service was EXTREMELY spotty and only ONE person can be using it at a time. Talk about kicking off two teenage daughters all the time, ridiculous!! More annoying is that if you want to be able to keep in touch with others via text or phone, there was an additional $10 per phone so that you can use the NCL app to communicate. Once again, many many times, texts or phone calls did not go through or were very delayed. Almost useless. So a total of $250 for technology. NCL told me outright that the service was slow so admitting to this, the cost should be way more affordable and the texting should be included. I am so pissed off about this (sorry)

2. Ship - very clean, the staff was very very nice especially in the dining rooms (Grand Pacific & Magenta).
