We have cruised on Celebrity 5 previous times and had an excellent experience.

This Cruise, British Isles has been disastrous. The crew has consistently provided no information, or worse--misinformation. The excursion to Edinburg Tattoo was repeatedly stated as beginning at 6:30...ooops, they meant 9:00... the return to the ship in the driving rain storm had us standing outside for 2 hours plus, oh did I mention it was outside in the heavy rain.

At previous port there was no information provided as to how to get into town except vague "There are cabs and buses and trains". And yes we can do our own research, but believed that Celebrity was as reliable as in the past... my mistake. Read more
