This is a huge ship with >6000 people on board. It is wonderful if you have kids who need a variety of activities. I felt lost in the crowd and expected a higher level of service than what was received. My room steward was fantastic and efficient. Chops Grille (specialty restaurant) was an amazing dinner. The food in the main dining rooms was average and we were asked many times to fill out comment cards on the dining service received which consisted of smiley faces. The bars were crowded, especially on sea days. You must actively look for the ocean on this boat as there is no promenade deck to walk around. Our room was located in the Central Park area which was beautiful and quiet. I don't want to sound like a downer. This boat is great for families or active adults. When i go on vacation, I am looking for peace/quiet and downtown to read and relax as I lead a busy life with a stressful career. I have been on 10 other cruise lines and there are pros/cons to each, but I prefer a much smaller ship!
