There are six examples of rudeness or a complete lack of caring that I can remember experiencing from the staff on allure of the seas.
1. We were with my daughter who is almost 2 years old and LOVES watching dances and musicals. When I waited in line for guest services to ask if the Ice Games was a musical I was told that it was not and it was only people playing monopoly which sounds pretty terrible. I happened to stumble into the show on a later night and it was a full blown musical and my daughter loved it. This example was not about rudeness but more about giving disinformation.
2. On the boardwalk my 19 year old son and I went to get candy from the candy store. Got two small bags of candy and it was $6.75. When she said $6.75, I admit I was a bit surprised as it seemed high and said $6.75? She got very defensive and said if I wanted to come behind the counter to see how much it was I could. I said No worries, it is higher than I thought it would be but all good. She continued to insist I come behind the counter to check and I declined and politely said that I was happy to pay for it and get out of her hair as I was sure she was busy. She then took it up a notch and asked pretty strongly "Is there a problem?" At this point it was weird. I said if I can pay you $7 to get the candy and leave the store I would love to, this confused her but I was finally able to get out of there. Both my son and I were bewildered at what had just happened.
