Never saw our cabin steward and she never saw our room. Service in the main dinning room was very slow with cold food. The ship is beautiful and the specialty resteraunts were good. The toilet in our room over flowed twice. Drinks were very expensive and mediocre at best. Good itinerary. Ship layout is very good. This was our 38th cruise and was without a doubt the worst service of them all. Hawaii saved this cruise. Because of the time in port your not on the ship much. Kauai was our favorite port, shopping and the best beach was a short 10 minute walk from the ship. Rental car is a must in Maui. Very expensive in Hawaii so plan ahead. You can get better prices on excursions when get off the ship. But a rental car lets you decide on the pace and destinations. This was not NCL quality service.
