This was my first cruise with my family. The process was smooth and upon boarding the members were very helpful. Our luggage was placed at our door before we made it to our room. The room was clean, the balcony site was suitable, now the space was ok. The ship itself was beautiful and clean. The RC nickel and dime you for everything even after paying a couple of thousands for the cruise. The service we received from housekeeping was beyond expectation. Our housekeeper Ms. Daisy kept end our room in tip top shape. She had a welcoming personality, beautiful smile, and a hard worker.

Our dining was an experience one to remember. We had reservations at the Icon restaurant which was an elegant dining. Our servers Tyrone and Made' were professional every night. The customer service we received was friendly, superlative and magnificent. The food was ok but our last reservation the food was superb.
