Just arrived home from a week in the Ffiords what a waste of money.Embarkation was excellent very fast and we were on the ship. Our balcony cabin room A715 was small but cosy spotlessly clean and excellent service from Stevely our cabin steward. The decks on the ship were nice with plenty of loungers. The only swimming pool was open deck and only 2 jacuzzis which you could never get in not enough for the size of ship.Food was very disappointing evening and buffet. We were freedom dining which we did like and waited no more the 45 mins for a table.Drinks were reasonable but PO have stopped giving free nibbles in most of their bars you have to buy them, not what you expect.Bars had nice seating but with no entertainment in most or just a pianist and one singer.Band was good in the limelight club when they were there.Entertainment team poor as most of the time we were in port nothing going on, which was a disappointment as time ashore was short for us on this cruise had not much to see.We did not like ports of call after only being on mediterranean cruises found the Ffiords boring.Service in all bars and restaurants were good but the clearing of tables and wiping down was very poor in the buffet Chefs in buffet restaurant ignorant and would take absolutely no notice of you leaving you waiting.Ship design poor.Oh forgot to say many restaurants and afternoon tea has to be paid extra for.We used the Indian restaurant for £22 each extra was it worth it no,was not impressed with the food at all.Would we go on Britania again the answer is no.
