Sail Date: Jul 2017
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

This cruise was planned 2 years in advance with some relatives. The Westerdam was in excellent condition, the crew friendly, in fact everyone was friendly. I would recommend the ship and crew anytime. There was a little sickness on board, the crew handled it, making sure all these people that don't wash their hands use the anti-bacterial spray before entering the buffet, dining room, etc. Even with the crew trying to get a handle on it, there were still people trying to get in without using the anti-bacterial spray, trying to grab food with their bare hands, etc. It doesn't matter what the age, people can be disgusting and it's with every cruise line. The crew really jumped into action on this. The ship was in great shape! The ship was lacking organized games and things on board, with a 24 day cruise and only 4 days at sea, they could have had something going for those 4 days. We would sail anytime on this ship.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

Excellent location, no funny noises, close enough to elevators but far enough not to get noisy people that talk around the elevators.
