Like the coolness and beauty of Norway during the hot Texas August weather back home. Staff was very friendly most everywhere. Had slow service in the Grand dining room a couple of times, but usually good everywhere else. Enjoyed the shows arriving early to get good seats. Ship was sometimes crowded but after being on the Epic where you have to reserve any shows, it was more comfortable and easy going. Every time I checked the four hot tubs they were only warm, not hot and being in the cool weather like Norway in August, you need hot water.

The Cabin Stewards were very friendly and did a great job keeping the cabins clean and stocked. Gus did a great job on his animal towels as we left at the end of the cruise we had five creatures on the tables!

Our worse experience was the Immigration process in the dining area on deck 6 at Southampton England, took over an hour to get through leaving very little time for breakfast and to catch an 8 a.m, excursion.

It was good. Only complaint was they had new lights by the bed that were good, only can't turn off the main overhead light from your bed as only switch was by the door.
