Being the "white nights" you would think we would have long days in port. Not the case, except for two days in St Petersburg. Each stop was shorter than the next, culminating in Stockholm 10am - 3:30 pm! Really! The staff and service superb. Couldn't be more helpful and accomodating. Food pretty good if not repetitive. Beyond the Podium lectures terrific, as were computer classes. Entertainment left a lot to be desired. The musiciansand singers were fine, choice of music as well. The main problem that prevailed throughout the cruise wasthe volume. The music started first thing in the morning. We are not talking nice instrumentals, butshouting vocals. I don't wanto haveamusic assault while eating my eggs! As the day progressed, the music got louder. By evening it was a boom boom boom! Also, at the pool, impossible to stay because of the loud sounds. Do they think we are deaf? I did complain. No place to get away from the noise pollution exceptone's own cabin or the card room.

Cabin Review

Sunset Veranda

Cabin SV

Loved being aft, looking at the wake. Hated the layout: storage in a cupboard above the bed and a wasted space in the closet, which could have used shelves. Head was very well laid out with good storage. Nice toiletry supplies. Asked for and received slippers and shower gel.
