Having read previous negative reviews, it was with some apprehension when we embarked on a 7 day cruise to the Fjords.I do not believe that the problems experienced then are now appropriate.We had a suite which was to an excellent standard and although the bathroom was original it was entirely satisfactory.The cabin steward looked after it and us very well.

The main restaurant,the Waterfront,is pleasant but since the waiters tell you were to sit at breakfast we chose to have breakfast served in our cabin.I do not appreciate being forced to seat with 4 other people.The intention was to fill the table for 6 first.

The dinner was excellent in both choice,quantity and presentation and certainly the food served was hot.The Junior Head Waiter was attentive but the Maitre D' and Senior Head Waiter chose not to come down to our level! Read more
