We left from Nice, France at 10 o'clock and arrived in Genoa a couple of hours later. We spent the better part of an hour searching for the Ponte Dei Mille, frustrating - especially since the gigantic MSC Splendida was visible most of the time.

But eventually we arrived next to the Splendida - quite impressive sight that was - and immediately friendly staff attacked us from all sides. I chose to park with the Autosiloport SA facility and their service was great. Their representative approached me the moment I stepped out of my car and already knew my name. He drove in front of me to the parking house and drove me back to the ship after I paid the EUR 70,00 for the week. Read more
