Ship:

The Jewel of the Seas Ship, met all of my needs. I found the ship to be very clean everywhere I went. I found the staff to be very friendly, professional, attentive and willing to meet your needs. I also, found the selection of food to very comprehensive in both the restaurants and buffet. The food was always plentiful, fresh and well presented. The dining room staff was very engaging and attentive. They also, remembered their passengers request and needs, and met them, without prompting.

Safety: I found the ships security procedures to be very comprehensive and professional. I am speaking to this particular subject, because, I travelled alone. And I appreciated the attentiveness to security as well, and the procedure for tracking people from the airport, who got on and off the ship, and even tracking my return to the airport.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin I

My cabin was a nice size, My stateroom attendant Melanie, De Guzman, was very friendly and nice. She kept my stateroom immaculate daily. And every night, she prepared my bed and left an animal created with a towels, for fun. Melanie, always anticipated my needs and was very eager to please. She was a pleasure to come across.
