Nice boat, could compare in some points to NCL and RC but............ lack of staff , no choice with food. Buffet is mainly composed of pizza and pasta and closed at 4PM , so when we were coming back from shore excursion there was only pizza, hamburger and Hot dog to eat. The Staff is working hard but can't keep up with the demand. Wait for the pizza to be ready, wait for food wait... wait... . The worst fall back is that you have to pay for everything, ice cream, water, ice tea ect...2.90 Euros for a tiny tiny scoop of ice cream. The beverage package for soft drink is not unlimited only 14 coupons for the week NCL and RC are unlimited . Again.no service, at the swimming pool bar I waited over 20 min to get a drink , I waited over 1 hour and I do not exaggerate at the front desk because they forgot to leave the coupons for the drinks in my room they were purchased before the cruise. the next day 30 min for the same thing, I still didn't received the coupons. My table at the dinning room wasn't assigned on my card. So the first day we waited until 10h30PM to eat. In the dinning room who has a look of a cafeteria more than a dinning room the supervisor reprimanded a waiter on front of guests. He deserved the reprimand but not on front of all guests.( He was not taking care of his tables but was joking and laughing with the young busboy). The food at the dinning room was just OK and portion so small, we had to order twice. No variety. Always the same very small slice of beef with different sauce. We stuffed ourselves with bread. The speciality restaurant very expansive 36EU for a steak, 6 eu for sides ect... NCL and RC you pay 50USD for a 5 course meal.

Overall I wouldn't recommend MSC if you are used to service, nice dinning room, nice space, go with RC or NCL, do not waste your money on MSC.
