I wanted to cruise on the newest ship from Royal Caribbean and enjoy the time with the family. We had cruised on Allure of the Seas before. My experience with Allure was far greater than this one. CD on Allure was Allan Brooks vs Bobby Brown on Harmony. There is no comparison. Allan was the best. Also, the main dining room (Silk) experience wasn't good at all. Food quality was mediocre. Service was so so. I felt like the the servers don't want to serve any alcohol in the main dining room. Whenever I need a refill, I had to call the server and ask for the refill. We ate in the main dining room two nights only. Then, I complain to to staff and then decided to eat in other places(Windjammer, Solarium Bistro, Chops Grille, and Jamie's Italian). They were all good. Our stateroom attendant (Fnu Samsudin) was great! My adult children stayed in a different room. One of my son was cruising 1st time. They had a great time. They are not as critical as me. They didn't have any complaints.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D7

When we boarded the ship, there was some odor in the stateroom. It is possible that the A/C wan't running in the room for some time. After couple of days, we didn't notice the odor.

Cozumel

We took a taxi and went to Nachi-Cocom Beach Club. It was a good private resort.
