My family and I have traveled with Carnival Cruise Lines Several Times! The Carnival Vista had amazing staff members and ultimately made the difference in my review today! Here are some staff highlights for you! Casino Area: Jalena, Ruesso, Tamara and E Kutet (forgive me for butchering your name!)! Jalena and Tamara are complete sweet hearts, They got to know my family and even made us new cocktails/shots based on how we like our drinks. Ruesso was the bartender comedian and entertainer! E Kutet, knew me by my first name and always tried to speak a little spanish with me! Speaking of spanish, the Havana Bar was so much fun! Latin music and learning some new dance moves! Moving on to my stateroom stewards... Jhammel and Hari! These two deserve a promotion! They are kind, attentive, and tried to get to know my little one (age 2). They spoke to my daughter in the hallway, and attended to our needs when it came to our room. They stop what they are doing to help you with any problem you may have! My husband was ill one night and they gave us extra pillows, blankets, towels... whatever we needed to make him more comfortable. I am so thankful for those two guys! I hope to see Jhammel and Hari again! Last but not least, Matt, Bradley from Belgium, and ___ ! Matt was the cruise director/hype man and he definitely does an amazing job! He is full of energy and knows exactly how to get a crowd going! Bradley from Belgium was also very hype! He was on stage for a Dr. Suess reading event and the way he interacted with the entire crowd was amazing! ____ Help! I couldnt remember this guy's name, he worked in the comedy club and introduced the comedians before they came on stage. He was super nice and knew how to make someone smile! I'm so appreciative of the entire staff!

Now for the ship itself! The Cabins are extremely small! Carnival definitely wants to pack as much people as they can! I stayed on deck 8 of the Carnival Vista and had a balcony! Next time, I hope I can afford to get a suite!

My one and only major complaint, is the price of photos!!! If I bought each photo that was taken of my family, it would cost the SAME amount as paying for a cruise for one person, I'm not exagerrating. Please be prepared to spend, $20 for each photo. And im not talking about printed out photos that have been framed. I'm talking about one digital copy of your photo on a USB drive! Yes! I decided not to buy any photos. I simply could not justify spending that much, $20 in nothing for 1 photo. (Multiply that by 50 images or more!)

Small Cabin. Carnival is definitely more focused on entertainment, than room accommadations. Which is somewhat okay with me.
