Bad experience: My son luggage was missing. I asked house keeping , they asked me go to to desk 7 service. I tried to call them , but no-one answered. When I walked down to elevator. I found my son's luggage at the end of hall way. No-one cared to bring it to me. He was 7 years old and were so distressed about missing luggage. when I needed some ice, one house keeping told me that I could get ice from the coolers in front of the rooms. However, when I tried to get it, one of the house keeping said that I was not allowed to do it. I paid for internet $29/day (total $179) but I could not log in to any device for 2 days I talked to them, I had a credit back for me $29. There were also miss communication between staffs. I sent my luggage with red tags out for 8: 15 am when we was getting off ship. I asked service desk if I could walk out early and wait of my luggage outside. They said it was ok to do it. However, they stopped me at check out gate and one of the girl yelled at me and said it was not allow for red tag group yet.

Good experience. Gede house keeping was so great. He was helpful and awesome! Food were good. Alaska was beautiful. I booked the tours with the train and helicopter. The tours were great!.
