IT was a new ship. Not clean ,service slow, food not good main dinning room and central dinninig.Kids in the casino, ship not clean when we got on.Let people on to early.to many new people working didn't have a clue what they were doing.Bacon not cooked, eggs cold, toast cold.kept running out of ice diinning room.To many lines at front desk ,lights out in main dinning room.better toeat at the outside eating places better food. The process getting back on the ship very slow long lines ,kids out of control in the hallways.Elevators slow had to walk up and down stairs it was faster ,stayed in shape because of it.The ship is nice ,ports are nice, food good on land.entertainment good and activities.way to many kids in the summer fell like your on school play ground.Kids had fun I could tell.Service was good in dinning room but food was not that great, menu choices not that great.Would I go again not in the summer.
