Having cruised before on Allure, Anthem and Indy I was a little apprehensive about a smaller ship however the Brilliance was lovely. Some of the chairs in the public rooms are a little tired and worn and the sunbeds are the old style ones I haven't seen for years (they are horrendous) however I know the ship is due for update shortly.

The staff were all charming, friendly and attentive with our cabin steward Donald being excellent and our waiting staff Manish and Lawrence being the best ever out of all our RCI waiting staff. Lalit and his dining room team were super ensuring we had a table at the time we asked for every evening. Amazing food in both the dining room and Windjammer with lots of choice.

Jose in guest services was really helpful with every query we had and remained cheerful and calm with even the most challenging of guests!!
