we choose this cruise because in March we had a really woderfull experience on the Harmony of the Seas. since the Allure of the Seas is the same type of ship and the salling date coincided with my birthday. The food on the speciality restaurants was good except at the Samba grill (Brazilian type). The winjamer crew exceded my expectations. The chef and the managers was always around to assist us on everything. Durind breakfast, lunch, and diner the were always willing to prepare the roti or nan and bring to us at our table. they always said go sit down sir and we will look for you. The worst part of the cruise was my cabin experience. The view over the balcony was good.I could sit on my balcony and enjoy the show at the aqua theater, but there are a lot of noise in that area. My next door cabin had 6 people on it, 2 adults and 4 children under 6 years old. we could not sleep at all with those kids. They cry, jump, hit the wall all day all night. Additionaly my stateroom attendant put the memory foam of the bed upside down. The result was a lot of back pain every morning. Unfortunately we discover the problem until day six of the cuise. One thing i'm sure about now this is the last time that i will let them choose my cabin for me.
Royal Caribbean picked our cabin for my wife and me. There were 6 people on the cabin 8321 witch is next to our cabin with 2 adults and 4 children. we couldn't get any sleep at all because of those kids. Either they are crying , jumping or nocking on the wall day and night.
To make thing worst my stateroom attendant put the memory foam of the bed upside down so we walkup every morning with back pain. we though the pain was do to lack of sleep because of our neighbors until he got sick and another person came to make our bed and put the memory foam the right way. Unfortunately it was already day six on our cruise so the people on the guest service could not do much for us. we will never let them choose our cabin for us.
