Cabin: Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

I traveled on RC before and was very satisfied with all aspects. This cruise was the largest ship I ever traveled on, and the crowds and lines and food left a bad taste, literally!

Our cabin was very nice, wish I'd had more time to use the balcony, but weather prevented that at some times. There was plenty to do onboard, and my grandkids with their parents had a great time. But having to spend our first day onboard in lines to sign up for some activities was not fun for any of us. Although we tried to sign up prior to cruising, there were no time slots so had to take a chance onboard, which, fortunately, worked out. We never tried the specialty dining although we had vouchers. I thought the Spectra Cabaret was phenomenal, and the cruise director was very spontaneous and funny with the Love and Marriage game.

I was not especially thrilled with Bermuda. The Horseshoe Bay Beach was lovely and we had a great day for that. Shopping was nothing to write home about however.

Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin DO

Cabin was fine, no complaints. Plenty of closets and drawers. Bathroom was more than adequate.
