We chose this cruise mainly for its itinerary, since it was the only one of its type being offered by an cruise line including hamburg; food was the best we ever had on any cruise; menu different each day; choice of 3 complimentary restaurants; very courteous staff and always helpful; a few minor glitches and we were immediatlely compensated, including money and a free specialty dinner; let me repeat , these were minor problems and never expected anything back; entertainment was even better than expected;having cruised on numerous cruise lines, including many river cruises, yes, Viking , I would still go with the ncl jade;great itinerary and tours also; we always get an inside room which was adequate for us, since we only sleep there; would definitel go on ncl again, but I wish they had more perks for prior ncl cruisers, like us; I guess I am to use to my rccl and celebrity perks over the past years;
