The ship seemed like they tried to cram in more people and staterooms at the expensive of personal service. We felt the dinning rooms for the My Time Dining we not as nice as the others and the food was not as good as we had experienced on other Royal Caribbean cruises. The atrium was not as open as the other ships we cruised on and there were hardly any shops. The shops they did have were way too high end. The solarium didn't have a retractable ceiling and only 4 windows on the sides opened, is was very nice but it did not have a regular pool either. First time cruisers would probably like this ship but we have had better experiences on other Royal Caribbean cruises. Voom service, which was their cell service, was very expensive and the internet service was a rip off. For the money we spent, those services should be included in the cost of the cruise and not add ons.
