This was our first cruise, and Wow, do they ever know how to create a bad first impression: we run a gauntlet of staff telling us that we must get our picture taken in front of a fake scene. After some moments of confusion it became clear that they were just trying to sell us pictures of ourselves, but the fact that they are all lying to trick you into it really gets things off to a bad start.

That evening we find that they have locked the video input ports of the TV in our cabin to prevent us from watching our own content - they want us to purchase their content instead.

Ok, so now we feel that they are the enemy and are happy to make our trip worse if they can get a little extra cash out of us! Much of the effort and interaction we got on the cruise was about them trying to sell or upsell stuff.

Cabin Review

Panoramic Oceanview Stateroom

Our room was quite satisfactory. It was small, of course, but we expected that and otherwise it worked quite well for us, and the bed was a decent size and fairly comfortable which is very important to us.
