e had weather in port so we were delayed by a day. This was beyond the Cruise lines control and they took care of hotel and dinner. We used the time to our advantage, exploring more of Barcelona and, especially, to go to the Picasso Museum, a real treat.
We were surprised by the size of the cabin, a Penthouse Veranda but spent little time in the cabin except for sleeping. We were glad of the couch for the few times we did relax in it and really appreciated the veranda at the beginning and end of the day.
We thought the dining facilities were great and partook in both the normal, buffet fare and the specialty dining. Meals and the wines that accompanied them were all enjoyable. We got to participate in little of the onboard activities or entertainment as we booked almost all our time in excursions off the ship. Those were all enjoyable and informative and we got the overview of Europe and its art and culture that we hoped for.
Comparatively roomy and quite comfortable. Larger than we expected.
We visited Nice, Eze and Aux-En-Provence. Great day. We were enthralled by the history of Eze
