Food is mediocre, main shows were pretty bad, with the exception of Spectra Cabaret. Royal's customer service on phone is the worst of any cruise line we experienced. When you get onboard, they tell you different things than what they tell on the phone.

Ship was beautiful to look at in a lot of main public spaces. Long lines on bumper cars, didn't even get to do roller skating. You have to do reservations for dining and entertainment, then when you get there no one checks for entertainment. Labadee is nice looking, but calmer beaches were crowded. Main atrium area was fun/city-like. Plumbing problems in the staterooms several times: shower, sink, toilet. Cabin is small, so is balcony. Family of 4 was tight, especially when the bed is pulled out to sleep. Bathroom is decent size. Good amt. of closet space. Room not so clean under bed, under phone, in corners, on balcony.
