Wanted to visit Scandinavia and St Petersburg. Experience was better than our dreams thanks to Viking superb service, attention to detail, top of the line treatment in everything they did. The ship was simply magnificent. Dining facilities were the best we have experienced at sea or ashore, The crew were the most courteous, caring, and hardworking people - they did whatever it took to satisfy every request and need.

The Viking Sky is truly the top of luxury for a cruise ship. Its design an amenities are simply the best in every way. Its size is ideal because you feel a personal touch in every event. When we pulled into port the numbers of people aboard did not overwhelm the facilities ashore. All the guides ashore, with a couple of exceptions were simply the best - they were enthusiastic, proud to represent their town/country, and their joy was contagious. The ship pulled into the best positions in every port making disembarkation/embarkation seamless.

The cuisine was first class all the way. Each meal was like eating at a four star restaurant, and the Chefs clearly took pleasure in presenting the best meals every time. We have just booked another Viking Cruise, our fourth, and we are demanding international travelers.
