The experience itself was very good but the trouble I have had dealing with Viking administration before the cruise and then afterwards because I had an injury onboard and having to file a claim has been incredibly difficult. Because of their indifference to matters of this nature I would be very careful of dealing with Viking again!
The ship was clean and housekeeping was excellent.
The cabins are small but adequate and nicely designed.
