Had a good river cruise previously. this one was even better. We spent 5 weeks in France and the cruise was planned for the middle of our travels. We met another couple from our home city (Santa Barbara, CA) for the cruise which added to our enjoyment.

The food menu complimented the areas of France we visited and all was excellent. The crew offered friendly consistent excellent service treated us as friends, not just patrons.

The on-shore excursions we're generally good although a bit slower pace than we would otherwise like but that was acceptable owing to the variety of travelers. Read more
