lst cruise ever with a friend on Thomson Majesty 'Treasures of the Med' (7 nights) in May 2017 - Deck 4. Basic twin outside cabin. On the small side but we got used to it by 3rd day. So impressed with service/everything and felt value for money !! Returned in July 'Mediterranean Medley' (7 nights) - Deck 7- outside cabin+. This cabin slightly larger than deck 4. The service remained high (better than 5* hotels I had stayed at previous years), staff beyond friendly, entertainment fantastic - I even enjoyed the shows 2nd time around, food/dining choices endless, cleanliness excellent and the ports of call varied. The flights and transfers by Thomson excellent. The terminal/port services very good. My friend and I were 'all at sea' perse on the lst cruise, then we knew what we were doing on 2nd cruise which made me feel confident enough to return in November 2017 (14 nights) solo-lucky me. For the most part dress was smart/casual, cocktail dresses/lounge suits. Tuxedos were worn on the Gala Night but not by all and I heard one or two gents say they cldnt wait to return to cabin to change out ha ha ha. Yes, in places the ship is looking a little tired but it didn't take away my thorough enjoyment of the cruise. Really pleased to hear that Majesty is not being decommissioned at end of November but will continue for another few months, I believe, so hopefully I will be booking my (4th) 2018 cruise with Thomson. I was more than surprised at the Captain's cocktail party that passengers on board were on their 20th+ cruise with Thomson for which they received a bottle of champagne from the Captain himself !!

Cabin Review

Cabin Cabin+

This cabin being a ' + ' had a cooler under the t.v. and slightly bigger than the cabin on Deck 4.
