Another winner. This is our 4th cruise with RC. All of them on the Oasis of the Seas or it's sister ships. We had a great time on each cruise. This cruise was to honor our daughter Romona Armstead's 50th birthday. My wife and I would sincerely thank the crew and staff for providing us with a memorable experience each time. Boarding and leaving the ship was the smoothest on this trip than all the others. It indicates to us your commitment to constant improvement. The room service was at it usual excellence. We had breakfast in our room each day and the service was prompt and trouble free. The dining in the Silk room wa pleasantly memorable and the food was first class. I did, however, notice the red high back cloth chairs had an abundance of crumbs and other thing trapped between the arm rest and seat cushion. This to me indicates a less than adequate vacuum cleaning of the chairs. I discovered this when I tried to retrieve one of my medication capsules that fell into the crevice of the chair. It was a bummer for me. In addition the ship is showing its age, stained and worn carpeting in our room and the door to the ocean side patio was difficult to open. (room 10162) I also noticed a black ring that continued to form in the toilet after every flush. This made me hesitant to drink from the tap. Over all it was a great cruise and we will definitely use RC for any future cruises.
