Itinerary good, although some weird arrival times and short shore time in a couple of ports.
Had issues with website prior to cruise because it was a 2 week cruise but website would only show 1 weeks itinerary ect. This caused issues with booking the thermal suite ect.
Guest Services staff had major attitude problems when it came to dealing with complaints. Basically they had a don't give a monkeys attitude and would go and hide in the back office for 10 minutes and leave you waiting at the desk just to annoy you.

Very noisy due to anchor and port rope machinery below as well as steel doors below used by staff.
Space very tight around bed and table in the corner. need to have skinny legs to get by the table to your bed.
