Sail Date: Jul 2017

We chose this tour, in part, because of the itinerary, and partly because friends were booked on it. We sailed from Stockholm on July 16(boarding was on Saturday the 15th) so we had Saturday to tour Stockholm. We napped instead .

We decided not to force touring, which is why I entitled this review as a cruise/tour. The cruise was excellent, and we also did some sight seeing.

Boarding was exceptionally easy, and early. The staff on board made us feel welcome right from the start. We had breakfast, and then napped by the main pool.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe veranda

Excellent. Information in my main review. The heated floor in the bathroom, and the fig free mirror, tops. Yes, the shower has a glass door, so no more tornado induced clinging shower curtains. The shower is roomy for a ship. A younger person than I could even shower with a friend

Port Reviews

Aalborg

We enjoyed the included tour. More interesting than I would have thought

Eidfjord

Beautiful tiny village. The nature center was fine, but there was thirty minutes designed to shop. We took a walk later by ourselves on the "blue trail ". Once we found our way it was delightful
