Just an absolutely wonderful experience from the first moment on board until the last
Wanted to sail from NYC area on RCCL. Had been on Anthem of the Seas before and it is a wonderful ship. The Hotel Manager, has created a wonderful atmosphere and a great level of service. The Restaurant Manager has established an amazing standard for dining on this ship which makes it one of the best experiences possible on the seas
The only issue that I had was a bad experience with the person in charge of shore excursions.
