Sail Date: Jul 2017
Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony
Traveled with children

Had a great time, cruise staff friendly and informative, food very good, Kids club was very well staffed and fun for the kids. Lots of things to do on sea days between shows, bingo, art, fitness and movies. Cabin was nicely stocked and well taken care of by the cleaning staff. Ports and short excursions were well rounded and plenty to do for every one.

I would cruise again, this was my second cruise with this cruise line and the services, ship and staff did not disappoint. Only bad experience was the NCL app which we used on the first cruise two years ago. At that time the app was free and worked great, this time there was a $9.99 fee for the app and it worked less then half the time, some times taking up to two full days for messages between family members to be delivered. We were able to have the fee deleted from our total due but was very disappointed in the service.
