We chose this cruise because we love luxury travel and thankfully we are able to afford it. There is a saying you get what you pay for, well just not on this ship! Our family had 2 connecting suites. We were not able to sleep due to the very loud vibrating noises we could hear off and on throughout the cruise. We spoke to the Hotel Director many times about this but it was never resolved. We were told by other cruisers that they were having problems also. There is nothing luxurious about not being able to sleep and then being ignored!

The food was good especially La Dame where the service was excellent. We did not try the Indochine because the food is spicy which we do not enjoy and when we spoke to other passengers they said they did not enjoy the food there. Our son enjoyed cooking his own steak on a hot rock at The Grill. The service and food was good at Kaiseki. Having to have advanced reservations for every restaurant was a hassle.

Jovanna in the excursion office were great and extremely helpful!

Classic Verandah Suite

The showers are tiny and the water temperature changes on it's on.

The TVs are in the mirrors which seemed cool at first until you realized that you hear your neighbors tv in your room when ever they watch it.
