It was great timing and the ports were some that we not yet visited. We noticed so many things that RC is doing differently than they did even 6 months ago for cost savings. They now charge for room service, There were no cheeseburgers available free for our teenagers. Either we paid for Johnny Rocket's or room service. The waiter (who was wonderful) ran himself crazy trying to keep up with his tables. Customer Service had long lines and the one person checking with people on line never got very far. The lines were too long for everything. We tried to book excursions and had to wait for someone to finish. One person working and lots of people waiting around.

The people we dealt with were fabulous. The cruise line changes diminished our experience.

Two of the 'special shows' were less than fabulous. We will Rock You was really great. Who cared that RC spent $3 mil on two70?

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

The cabin was roomy, there was sufficient closet space and our room steward was very accommodating.
